Everything leaves Warehouse 12.
We pack in the order things are paid for.
Two speeds, one address
- Standard
AED 20. Two to four working days. Free on orders over AED 400.
- Express
AED 50. Next working day on orders placed before 14:00.
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman
- Standard
AED 45. Three to seven working days. Free on orders over AED 600.
- Express
AED 95. Two to three working days.
- Duties
Prices are in UAE dirhams; your card converts at its own rate. Any import VAT or duty is the recipient's to pay on delivery.
Outside the Gulf, ask us
Checkout delivers to the six Gulf countries. For anywhere else, or for a gift going abroad, talk to us and we will quote the courier and the duties — which are always the recipient's to pay.
Food, so the rules are short
- Unopened
Fourteen days from delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is yours unless the order was wrong.
- Opened
No. The exception is anything that arrives stale, damaged or not what you ordered. Then it is on us, and you do not need to send it back.
- Gifts
The person who paid arranges the return, not the recipient. Give us the order number and we handle it without telling them what it cost.
- Refunds
Back to the original payment method within five working days of us receiving the return.
- Damaged on arrival
Photograph it before unpacking further and send that to us. It settles the courier claim and gets your replacement moving the same day.
