Halal, and
traceable
Every batch carries its origin
and its certificate. On the can.

Every intake is logged against its grower, its harvest window and its certificate. That record follows the batch through curing and grading to the can, and the number printed on the base points back to it.
What is on the can
- Halal
Every product, certified per batch by an accredited UAE authority. The certificate number is on the can; the paperwork is available on request.
- Food safety
HACCP practice across grading, curing and canning. The facility is inspected under Dubai Municipality food-control requirements.
- Allergens
This is a tree-nut facility. We do not claim segregation between lines, because it would not be true.
- Origin
Named per batch. Pistachios from Spain, macadamia and walnuts from a small number of long-standing growers. We do not buy on the spot market to cover a shortfall.

Wherever a can ends up, the number on its base leads back to one batch.
What we will not claim
Not organic, because it is not certified organic. No harvest date on the can, because regrading means a can holds one harvest and one grade, but not one day. If a claim cannot be documented per batch, it does not go on the packaging.
