The agreement between you and Ahnoud Nuts Trading LLC when you order from this site.
- 01 Who we are
Ahnoud Nuts Trading LLC, Warehouse 12, Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Trade licence no. 1530900.
- 02 Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, not when it is placed, and we may decline for stock or delivery reasons before that point.
- 03 Prices and payment
Prices are in AED and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before payment. Payment is taken there by Stripe or PayPal; we never hold card details.
- 04 Delivery
Rates and times are on the Shipping and returns page. Times are estimates from despatch, not guarantees, and risk passes to you on delivery.
- 05 Returns
As set out on the Shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.
- 06 Food and allergens
A tree-nut facility with no claim of segregation between nut lines. Check the label if you have an allergy.
- 07 Liability
Limited to the value of the order, except where UAE law does not permit limitation.
- 08 Governing law
The laws of the United Arab Emirates, courts of Dubai.
- 09 Changes
These terms may change. The version that applies to an order is the one published when it was placed.
