What we hold, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.
- What we collect
Name, email, delivery address and phone for an order. Nothing else is required. If you create an account, the same details plus a hashed password.
- Payment data
Never held by us. Card details go directly to Stripe; PayPal handles its own. We store only the outcome and the last four digits.
- Why
To fulfil the order, to send the receipt and delivery updates, and to keep the records accounting law requires.
- Marketing
We don't send marketing email. Everything we send is about your order, your account, or a reply to a message you sent us.
- How long
Order records for the period UAE accounting rules require. Account details until you close the account. Marketing consent until you withdraw it.
- Who else sees it
The courier gets the delivery details. Stripe or PayPal get the payment. The email provider gets your address. Nobody buys it from us, ever.
- Your rights
Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — Hello@Ahnoudnuts.com. We will answer within thirty days.
- Cookies
A session cookie to keep your cart, and a locale cookie to remember whether you read in English or Arabic. No advertising trackers.
