Do I need an account to order?: No. Checkout never asks for one. An account only stores your order history and details for next time.
What does the grade mean?: A size class, judged by hand. Royal is our largest pistachio grade. A can of one grade holds one size of kernel, and you can check that yourself.
Are the cans resealable?: Yes. The lid reseals well enough for the two to three weeks an opened can stays at its best.
Can I send a gift without prices showing?: Yes. Mark the order a gift and the packing slip carries your message and no amounts.
Can I ship to a different address?: Yes, at checkout. For gifts we recommend it, so the courier notification goes to the recipient.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?: Yes, to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Choose the country at checkout: standard is AED 45 and free over AED 600, express is AED 95. The shipping page has the details.
Do you do corporate orders?: Regularly, and it is worth talking rather than ordering online. Send headcount and date through the contact form or WhatsApp.
Is everything halal certified?: Every product, per batch, by an accredited UAE authority. The certificate number is on the can.
Do you have a shop I can visit?: Not a retail shop. Warehouse 12 in Al Quoz is a working grading and packing facility. Collection can be arranged by asking first.
